Returns
Our policy is simple. You don't like it for whatever reason, we will BUY IT BACK! Period! No hassles. We want to make you a happy and forever lasting customer and all we ask is the chance to satisfy your needs. We do limit this refund to no more than 6 months from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer care team and obtain a return authorization number, even though you won't actually be returning the product to us! This will help us continue to innovate our product offerings that meet your every need, even if we missed it this time!

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and that is at the sole discretion of the customer care team. They may include;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once our customer care team has provided you with a return authorization number, we will send you an email to notify you that a return has been processed. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly replace the items you are unsatisfied with another product offering of equal or lessor value at no charge in lieu of buying the original purchase back from you. The customer care representative will work with you directly to process this request. Contact us via email at thrivecreamer@gmail.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned has been approved, our team will work with you to process accordingly.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us after approval by the customer care team, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
