Drinking Coffee May Reduce Heart Failure and Stroke Risk

Drinking Coffee May Reduce Heart Failure and Stroke Risk

The American Heart Association released research at the 2017 Scientific Session that suggests a correlation between the amount of coffee you drink and the risk of developing heart failure or the likelihood of suffering from a stroke. The more you drink, the lower the risk!

The study found that with every additional cup of java consumed per week, there was a 7% lower risk of developing heart disease and 8% lower risk of having a stroke compared to non-coffee drinkers.

Who would have thought that your cup of joe not only tastes great and gives you a natural boost of energy but it appears to also improve your overall health and reduces the risk of heart failure and stroke?

So cheers to fueling your day and aiding your health!
